By using Catcha Play ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The game

You draw a word and an AI model tries to guess it. Writing letters, words or numbers in a drawing is against the rules; the Service may detect this and refuse the guess or void the points.

Credits, ads and your own API key

Credits are a free, in-game balance with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold or refunded, and we may change how they are earned or spent at any time.
Rewarded ads, when available, grant credits subject to cooldowns and daily limits we set to prevent abuse.
If you use your own AI provider API key, you are responsible for that provider's terms and any charges it bills you. The key stays in your browser; we are not liable for provider costs.

Your content

You keep ownership of your drawings. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and show them within the Service, including in the public "What is this?" gallery with your display name. Do not draw content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights; we may remove such content and suspend accounts.

Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or other means to manipulate credits, scores or leaderboards. We may reset scores or terminate accounts that do.

Third-party services

The Service relies on AI providers, hosting, authentication and ad providers. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and AI guesses may be wrong or unexpected.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, lost credits or points, or service interruptions.

Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms at any time and may suspend or end the Service without notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
